JOB OVERVIEW
The Centre for Advanced Training (CAT) Trainee will assist in the delivery of the Centre for Advanced Training (CAT) programme at The Place. The successful candidate will be required to work under the guidance of the CAT management team and adhere to procedures and policies in accordance with The Place, Department of Education, Music and Dance Scheme (MDS) and National Dances CATs.
The Trainee will support CAT in the administration and delivery of the programmes, including the pastoral care of CAT students.
TRAINING ALLOWANCE AND CONTRACT TERMS
TRAINING ALLOWANCE
The training allowance for this role is £25,686 per annum.
No training allowance changes are made until after successful completion of a probationary period.
CONTRACT TERMS
This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time trainee contract equivalent to 40 hours per week. Your exact working hours will be agreed with your line manager. Some hybrid working for this role is available, though it is expected that the trainee will work from the office at least 4 days per week most weeks.
Whilst in the six-month probationary period the notice period will be two weeks. Once this period is successfully completed the post holder will be confirmed in the post and the notice period will be four weeks.
