ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

    • Knowledge of the dance sector and/or dance education/organisations.

    • Excellent communication skills interpersonal skills, telephone manner and writing skills.
    • Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail and timekeeping.
    • Good IT skills (Microsoft 365) and knowledge of social media.

    • Experience of working/interacting with children (10+) and their families.

    • Interest in developing a career in dance education/administration.
    • Commitment to high levels of customer care especially in busy and/or high-pressured situations.
    • Able to work well in a team and to take own initiative.
    • Commitment to own professional development.
    • Good timekeeping and attendance.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

    • Awareness of the needs of dance teachers and dance students and their families.
    • Knowledge of the UK dance sector.

    • Ability to use Microsoft Forms.
    • Experience with Jotform.

    • Experience of working in dance education.
    • Experience of using a database(s).

    • Enthusiasm for contemporary dance.
