OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS COORDINATOR

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations & Systems Coordinator to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the business across data management, systems administration, and office operations.
This is a varied coordination role that includes light first‑line IT support, data administration, and operational support. You will act as a key internal contact for staff, working closely with our external Managed Service Provider (MSP) for all technical issues, and helping ensure our systems, data, and office processes run efficiently.

SALARY & CONTRACT TERMS
SALARY
The salary for this position is £31,250 per annum.
Salaries are reviewed in August each year when any cost-of-living increases are made. No salary changes are made until after successful completion of a probationary period.
CONTRACT TERMS
This is an open-ended permanent contract. This is a full-time position (equivalent to 40 hours per week). These hours are inclusive of a one-hour paid lunch break each day. Your hours of work will be agreed with the line manager.
Whilst in the six-month probationary period the notice period will be two weeks. Once this period is successfully completed the post holder will be confirmed in the post and the notice period will be four weeks.
Please note that for those requiring visa sponsorship, this role unfortunately does not qualify and so we are unable to consider applicants that would require this in order to accept this role if hired.
