ABOUT
The HR & Payroll team at The Place sits within the organisation's Central Services, working across all aspects of the business, including our Public Programmes and Higher Education departments.
The team consists of our Head of HR, HR Officer, HR Assistant Trainee and Payroll Officer.
The Head of HR oversees the department, leads on the HR strategy of the organisation and takes the lead on employment policies, employee relations, and safeguarding concerns of the business.
The HR Officer oversees recruitment, onboarding and induction, administration of staff benefits, and works with the Head of HR on workforce monitoring data and reporting. The HR Assistant Trainee reports to the HR Officer.
The Payroll Officer maintains our different payroll systems, ensures correct payment of staff salaries and oversees staff pension arrangements.
Together this dynamic team are responsible for the smooth running systems of the organisation and support the wider staff to ensure the organisation continues to offer world-class services and power imagination through dance.
